Refresh and reset your house

There was such a big reaction when I called to get your house in order, which clearly highlights… I’m not the only one feeling this way right now. Lately the air has been thick with wavering confidence, shaky foundations and worry, worry, worry!

I am here to gently beat this out of you.

“Worrying is praying for stuff you don’t want” Jen Sincero.

Together we’ll tear back the worry layers, seal up those leaking cracks and get you back on the road to confidence.

Making space to be aware of these negative prayers is the very first step to change.

I am interested to know what are some of the things you did take action to get your house in order? I was on fire the last two weeks and I reworked all these things that were making my heart skip a beat:

  • Shifted my mindset from lack to abundance – changing my thoughts from worry to I am, I have, I am grateful for etc…

  • Upped the ante on finding creative humans to share our beautiful work space. We’re still looking for creative co-workers so if you know of anyone in Byron looking for an incredible workspace send them our way.

  • Worked on calming my son’s separation anxiety – such a totally traumatic start to the day for everyone…ooi!

  • Refreshed our service offering to make it more approachable to people who are scared to take the leap

  • Reworked the business and my personal budget to make sure I have a positive goal to work towards which also highlighted how far we have come… go team TNS!

  • Got active five + times a week – smashed that lighthouse many, many times!!

I am also interested in knowing what are you still avoiding? What is giving you that next level of anxiety and waking you up at 2am?

If you need a refresher get in touch to book a session.

If you’re sick and tired of not having the answers and need a full reset, book in a chat now. No times quick enough just shoot me and email an I’ll do some shuffling mel@thenumbersmiths.com.au.
